No doubt India is one of the fastest growing country in the world in terms of GDP and other measures of being develop country, but India is legging behind in other important measures....So it is up to you how you look towards india...Here i am giving 10 points so you can can estimate "rone ki wajh kam h hasne k bahane jyada" .

1..The closely-watched annual list of India's richest, which saw a record number of 69 billionaires this year, undercores the concentration of wealth in a fast-growing economy where 40 percent of the 1.2 billion population is impoverished..
2.India ranked at 7th position in terms of geographic area but its per capita land availability is only 0.3 hectare..
3.Recently indian children become polio free but every year 21000 children become HIV positive..
4.India is number one country in milk production, but every third malnourished child of world from India...
5.India is largest democratic country in the world but about 150 MPs alleged for heinous crime such as    rape,murder etc.
6.Indian government is about to make landmark in field of health as now every one gets free medicine in the hospitals, but not even one bad per 1000 patients is available in india..  
7.India ranked 87th in corruption index but also ranked at 6th position in most innovative countries of the world..
8.India is third largest economy of the world after US and China but also have worst position in income disparity with    
rising gini coefficient...
9.There are 2 indians in top 10 richest person of the world nut none of their brands are in top 100 brands of the world...

10.Despite of several social issues like child labour , child marriage, malnutrition, life expectancy rates indian people are happiest people of the world,because india ranked at 1st position in terms of GNP..

तो आम के लिये मन मई विकारो से बुना जाल है गम।
किसी क अच्हे marks आ जाने पर,
दुश्मन के  लिये ईर्ष्या का द्वार है गम,
तो दोस्तों के लिये बिछड़ने का डर है गम।
सच पूछो तो जिन्दगी का क्रमिक चक्र गम है गम,

After Supreme court's order in favour of anti-graft crusader and janta party supremo Subhrammanyam Swami in case of 2-G scam, one of the corrupt Netaji's henchman ran to him to give this breaking news...
Henchman- NETAJI,NETAJI.......!(panting)
Netaji- what happened..? Why are you shouting ...it seems like BADE NETAJI (his party supremo) cut our election ticket..(Leaaders only feel danger when ticket is not given to them)

Henchman- See sir now a common man can challenge us in court...What a wrong decision has been made by court?,unfair to us.we will die sir...
Netaji- Are you a nut.?See, court can only advise us to amend law to make deadlines to give sanction to prosecute corrupt leader like us but it can't order  parliament which is controlled  by  us..
Henchman- What are you saying Netaji..?I don't understand..
Netaji- That is why you are not a leader. We will decide deadline to give sanction ,so it is up to us and we will never decide this...
Henchman-OOhhh...So you are saying that we will never decide deadline...Wonderful but Netaji now people are  so smart, we can't  make them fool and this media will not let die this matter...
Netaji- Remember lokpal bill ,after remonstrance of Anna Hazare to pass the bill till winter sessionand  what we did ,we delayed it...We will also do something like that with this verdict..
Henchman-But this verdict will act like a law until it is passed....
Netaji- Keep patience...We led this verdict to astray by our old weapons religion, caste, qouta etc..Indian people are very emotional they are very touchy on these topics..so we ll use them...

I am telling you a poem which describes a incident of  my friend Pintoo,who proposed a girl she liked or loved..

उस दिन आकाश का रंग कुछ कम नीला था,

शायद काले बादल से जो ढाका था,

बादल भी कुछ कम गीला था,

प्यार के इस पल मई सब कुछ फीका था,

बिन बरसात के मै कुछ ऐसा भीगा था,

के मुझे आने वाला काल न दिखा था,

हाँ काल ही तो था वो,

शंका का द्योतक मां ने उस रोज़ छीका था,

पाकर ख़त उसका मेरी खुशी का कोई ठिकाना न था,

ख़त मै उसने मुझे  थडी पर चाय पर बुलाया था,

थडी..? थडी सोचकर मन मै संकोच आया था,

पर ख़त पर बाकि चपल बातों से मन गुदगुदाया था,

क्या बताऊ उस रोज़ उस जालिम क खातिर कितना मै सजा था,

जैसे किसी बादशाह का राजतिलक होने वाला था,

मैंने उसका का इच्छीत नीला शर्ट और लाल पैंट पहना था,

अपना हैण्डसम बेटा देख माँ ने माथे पर कला टीका लगाया था,

उस रोज़ बदहाल स्कूटर का बी इम्तिहान होने वाला था,

आखिर उसे अपने पिछले सीट का हमराही मिलने वाला था,

पहुँच थडी मैंने अपना रोब जमाया था,

एक सिगरेट और एक स्पेशल चाय मंगवाया था,

सिगरेट फूंकते अपने गेट अप को देख सुलतान मिर्जा समझा था,

पर सुलतान की इतनी फजीहत होगी ये मैंने न सोचा था,

थोड़ी देर मै मेरा प्यार आने वाला था,

गुलाबी सुट मै वो स्कूटी पर बैठ आया था,

स्कूटी पर बैठ वो बिलकुल प्रीटी जिंटा  लग रहा था,

पर मुस्कुराने की बजाये वो आंदोलित नज़र आ रहा था,

स्टैंड पर खड़ी कर स्कूटी उसने मुझे खूब सुनाया था,

मेरा दिया गुलाब जालिम ने गाय को खिलाया था,

बिना सोचे समझे उसने न जाने क्या क्या कहा  था,

नालायक,बुधु और अंग्रेज़ी मै जाने क्या क्या सुनाया था,   

पर उसके शब्द बाण मुझे न महसूस हुआ था,

मै तो उसको खुदा की बक्शी कुदरत को देख रहा था,

ना करना मुझसे बात अब, वो कह कर चला गया था,

अब थडी पर गाय और मै ही रह गया था,

खुदा कसम उस रात मै बहुत रोया था,

न करूँगा बात ,मन ये atitude मै बोला था,

सुबह होने पर मै वो ही दिल फैंक आशिक था,

पर दूध का जला अब छांछ भी फूँक फूँक के पी  रहा था,

GOALS:TOO FAR TO ACHIEVE

Today i am telling you about the results of a company. This is the strongest company in terms of making policies..This company has been working for 8 year... The founders, actually not founders the managing directors of this company are scholars from the great oxford university..Same as the company's work ,company's name is also large to spell, generally known as "M&M"...
     No, i am not talking about "Mahindra and Mahindra", i am talking about the company which controls several companies like M&M, which plans for 121 crore citizens, the company which decides that how much your state get for infrastructure,health,education etc.
   Yes, now you get it, the company name is "Montek AND Manmohan" .The two sharien-punjab scholars from oxford,one of them is father of globalization in india. In the first  term they set many milestones in the field of economy of india..
    But in second term their company thrashed  by  government's scam like 2G scam,Aadrsh housing scam,commonwealth scam,so the  balance sheet of this company present negative results to the nation..The company which promises the nation to raise its GDP in double figures, now struggling around 7 only..Now they are saying that this is global economic slowdown and India is also caught in this whirlwind..
  But here i am presenting some facts about which have no relation to global economic slowdown,it only represents failure of this duo...

To  develop a country firstly its government need to provide all the basic needs to people, but in 65 years of independent journey our policy makers failed in this part...India ranked 67 in Global Hunger Index(GHI) according to International Food policy and research institute (IFPRI) which included 81 countries in its list..Here it is necessary to show these ranks because M&M company feel very proud to be third largest economy in terms of GDP but they never open their mouth to tell these disheartening figures of our nation...China, vietnam   ranked 4^th , 25th  respectively..Even Pakistan and Bangladesh did better than India and ranked 36 and 59..There are three parameters of GHI by which a country consider to be a develop nation,(in respect to the food and basic needs)these are:

proportion of children which are undernourished, proportion of children which are underweight in age group of  0-5 years and child mortality rate..According to UNICEF one out of every three child is from India..There is saying that child is future of a nation, with this disappointing data we change our future, it is upto us weather we want to full development or malnourished development..Father of the nation Ghandhi ji said  to our politician if you really want to change India than travel in third class compartment of train in india to see real face of our nation..But what does yo expect form our politician where about 413 MPs out of 543 are millionaire..Just think will the MPs like Anil Ambani, VIjay Mallya  change the health figure of india,who has no time to attend parliament session..
    Here i am presenting you another report which tell us about how much we are developed? According to Human developing report india ranked 134 against 119 in 2010 so we are moving down instead of makin progress..India's HDI value went from 0.542 to 0.547.The basis of this report are life expectancy which is 65.4 years, per capita income is about 3458 $,and men years of schooling 4.4 years which is expected to atleast 10.3 years...
   These data are enough to show india's condition in developing roadmap and instead of taking strong action ,towards these problems our plannning commission's deputee chairman Montek Singh mocked at pecuniary condition of India by saying that man who spend 26 Rs. and 32 Rs, per day in Urban and Rural area is respectively  not a destitute.
 I regret to listen these kind of statements from a person who is scholar from Oxford University but unfortunately these HDI ranking and GHI ranking do not matter in our election, it is only Quota's and Religion on which we think during the election time.
Now lets talk above M&M Co's financial and economic results when world was doing well in business, Our country is also going with pace, but when EU and USA crisis held in world, our Country too caught in this thunder. Here it is need to be noted  that Indian economy is not only affected by global economic slow down but also our own regional or National scam also impact on economy of India. Until 2G scam is revealed  Reliance Communication's share was at it's peak, but when two of it's MD's found culprit in this scam, share price is now   around Rs. 90/-. Several other  like Mukesh Ambani's RIL, before CAG report it was around Rs1500 but after the report now it is at Rs. 750. This condition raise the question about our  transparency in corporate world. After crores of mining scam in Karnataka our core industries have growth about 2.3% in September 11  which constitutes 38% in IIP which itself is at -5.1%.

           Our M&M Co's pleased to say that our country's er capita income is RS. 54835/- but this company never talk about rising GINI coefficient which moved from .32 to 0.38 . Data released by Organization of Economic Corporation  showed that top 10% of wage earners now make 12 times than bottom 10%.

          India is worst performer among world rising economy like China , South Africa and Brazil.

M&M Co.'s should take your feet to ground level and take robust action to find solution, GDP of our country

is 7.7% too far from 9% which is targeted in 12^th 5 year plan.

           India's fiscal deficit is 2.92 lacs crore against 1.33 lacs crore against 2010-11 till September.our fisical deficit is already reached to 68% of its target in this financial year... I don't know where are we going neither we are doing well in Health, Agriculture nor in terms of economy.

After falling of  USA and EU economy the world is questioning about capitalist economy and agitation like "Capture Wall-street"  witnessed it but why India is taking part in this blind capitalist race? Stop Racing in this blind Marathon of economy and think about that where we are going? The real test of M&M Co. is now. Let's see how do they perform from here.

HuM Me h HeRo

Two important days of our country, one for constitution  and another for citizens which is part of it...Yes i am talking about Republic and voters day which are celebrated back to back on 25th and 26th of January..
  Voters day  is celebrated because of a right which empowers us to select whomever we want,the person who make good policies for us,the person who create better environment for us to live better..
National voters day is celebrated because it give acknowledgement to our power to vote.. Many of us doesn't vote because they are unaware of the power of the vote which can effect of our day to day life..Your vote can change the fate of your country by electing the members of the parliament.The 543 members who can decide your future,they can decide weather your company in which you are working will lasted in the future or not,they can decide weather your college in which you developing yourself is affiliated or not.  Your  all life policies depends on them and because selector of members are you so you can decide your fate and this is called democracy where you can elect a person of your choice whom you think can better do the work for you..
  But unfortunately many of us are unaware of this power, actually we know but we don't want to vote. Many of us who are having good salary and luxurious lifestyle does not care for the nation.In the democracy you can't be an egotist or selfish..Think about more than half of our population which are live in below poverty line, at-least  vote for their sake,you can remove their poverty, you can reduce GIni cofficient which defines dissimilarity which is increasing year by year.
  The last parliament election voting percentage is only  54.60% and perhaps this is biggest reason that we have about 150 MPs in the parliament who are charged for serious crimes like rape,murder,kidnapping etc.
   More than half of the population of India is youth and they can change the world but when i saw the voting percentage of age group between 18-30 which was only 51% i disappointed..With this percentage we will change world..????I dont think so...
 Today is Republic Day of largest democratic nation India..If you ask people about this day, they take this day as Holiday.. Unfortunately this day become award ceremony for many of us,  day when few of people get
padma awards.President note from Red-Fort meant nothing to them..Change your attitude towards this day think about constitution which gives you so much space in your world..We have only two secular festival in our country where every citizen is part of it.. PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN...

HATHI nai MERA SATHI

Last week i went to UP...I saw many places in UP...In ancient time Mughals and other kings made monuments, forts,palaces and other structures to show their strength, power and wealth ..But time has changed, now we are independent..We can build whatever we want but in limits of constitution...
 But UP reminds me the time of kings when I saw many statues of elephant in the parks..I saw many types of elephants...Some of them made fountains with their trunks..Some of them were tall, some were small ...I was shocked to see those innumerable elephants everywhere.. I was surprised to see the  love of UP govt.  towards elephants... I know only one person who had that kind of love towards elephants... It was Virappan but he is not alive now...I thought this is a tribute to Virappan...
I asked to my auto driver "why there are so much elephants..?" as he heard this he looked surprisingly towards me as i did some crime...He said "naye aaye ho kya bhai?"  I nodded..He added "Bahanji ko nai jante kya?"..I replied "no"..I thought that what is the link between bahanji and elephants...He pointed to another statue(statue of Mayawati) besides it and said "she is bahanji kumari Mayawati" Now i understood whole story, actually Mayawati's (CM of UP) party symbol is elephant.. You can see these kind of elephants where ever you go in UP..
  At that moment I thought  why she made her statues  when she is alive.."strange" .What does she want to show to people...UP is a state where people are struggling for basic needs and she spent  crores of rupees on these useless statues,....But things were all right at that point but when the election time comes into UP, election commission  played its role in UP..It ordered to cover all statues of elephants and  MAYAWATI in UP because it can fluctuate the mind of voters... Now meaningless politics started over elephants..Even elephant doesn't know about its importance in  UP election..
 After this controversy Satish Mishra senior leader of BSP  said that " elephants are there to welcome people who come to park and if you want to cover elephants than take off all lotus in UP(symbol of BJP) also" So he meant that "Hathi is not their SATHi "...He  said right but i want to ask just one question to Satish ji "If elephants are there to welcome than what is Mayawati doing there?...Helping them to welcome?"
 This is election time Netaji move your step carefully...

Failed Again

I went to Govind Dev Ji on 1st January in Jaipur to pray for happy and prosperous year for me ... The line is same but this time i wanted  this  to happen in my life...
   But 2012 came with bad news...My hope "CAT-2011" didn't turn into happiness..yeah it is worst than i prepared for it...I am in Bharatpur now...I deliberately wake up late..I was like ostrich in my blanket because when ostrich see any danger it burries  its neck into desert believing that nobody would watch him but this is just a imagination . Same thing i did when messages were blinking in mobile phone..
  I went to cyber cafe near by  my home and clicked on internet explorer on computer screen...I entered google into url address...I was feeling that all icons were playing their bombastic role in this whole event.. I searched for cat result ...I entered my roll number with my shivering hands...My heart is pounding with its top gear and a heartbreaking percentile score was there on computer screen...You are thinking right i had tears in my eyes for a while...I failed again.. It is not new for me.. I had same feeling  when i got failed in  some of my papers in engineering days but in those days my friends were there to hold my hands...In those days i have other students along with me who had failed too which gave me satisfaction that i am not alone but in that  cyber cafe i had only 14 inch COMPAQ monitor only.
   I called  my parents and told them about result.. As usual they said nothing to me..It is me who always disappoints them and never show  good result which can satisfy them...I failed to give good news to my parents..
 Now several things are going into my mind..Weather i should apply for B+ grade colleges or should do job..
As i was thinking the line of gerat Harsha Bhogle's book "THE WINNING WAY" came into my mind which is "when you got failed don't think about result you got but think about what you can do from that stage.. " I don't want to apply for B grade colleges because it will give me a package of average 3.5 lacs after investing 10 lacs.. Yeah it is investment for our parents or for our life...There is saying in Hindi "Doodh ka jala chach b fook fook kar pita h"...Same kind of feeling is with me after having degree with a regional engineering college...When you are confused several quotes from books come to your mind and all are contradicting to each-other..So another line from the clicked into my mind which is "Don't think about how will you get, think about how much you can do because if you take care of runs, dollars will take care of you"
 So several things are blowing in my mind but i know i need patience and calmness because when you are calm best thought comes from your mind...

Colors Of Politics

                                                  
There are many colors of politics..These colors are more  than colors of  rainbow.
      Sometimes it is pure as white.Sometimes it has revolt like red,sometime it has brotherhood like green but because of our modern politician it has color like ghost which black..
      And if you really want to see these colors than watch towards UP(uttarpradesh)..UP is biggest assembly and parliamentary area of india..The state which has given 8 prime ministers since independence including big  names Jhwarlal Nehru, AB Vajpeyi, Indira Ghandhi,LB Shastri, Rajiv Ghandhi etc..UP has 170 parliamentary seats which is 31% of total parliamentary seats in India..So definitely UP paves the way to Red Fort of Delhi for any party..So all parties are eying like eagle towards UP and they want to give whatever it takes and this is cleared when BJP recruited 3 ministers of Mahamaya government which were alleged for corruption..Babu singh kushwah one of the minister in mahamaya government in UP is fired form BSP because his involvement in NHRM scam in UP and CBI is investigating the case but BJP has no problem in recruitment this kind of leaders..Another minister Badshah singh alleged for misappropriation of government land got place in BJP..Yes this is BJP whose senior leader LK Aadwani traveled across the country during his(Bhrat Jan Chetna Yatra) against corruption..Party spoke-person Mukhtar bhai said after placing these ministers "nalo k gangaji mai aane se wo shudh ho jate h"..Atleast he admitted that they are alleged.. But it is not about BJP all other parties in UP weather it is SP or Congress,BSP or RLD are giving place and tickets to person with bad names for assembly elections...
       But question is that when all parties giving tickets to these kind of person than what will  happen ? Who will be voted by people ...People have to vote because they have no option..It should be understand by our parties ..but they all want to win in anyway....
